Open event data is used solely to display email open notifications and statistics to the sender. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or any other purpose.
Open events are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Data is associated with randomly generated IDs — not email addresses or names.
Open event data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@tip.email.
We use Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, and Polar for payment processing. No other third-party services receive your data.
